Courts & forums

From the civil and sessions courts of Lahore to the High Court, the revenue hierarchy, the tax and customs tribunals and the special courts.

Courts & forums

Many matters move between forums: a revenue dispute becomes a civil suit, a customs seizure brings a criminal case with it, a service penalty runs alongside an anti-corruption inquiry. Because the same advocate follows the file through each forum, nothing is lost in the hand-over.
